Réseaux VS offers personalized services to all workers wishing to advance their careers. It also supports startups or companies facing multiple challenges when it comes to filling positions. In short, it is an organization involved in all aspects related to employability. The organization wanted to update its brand image. Our mandate was to create branding that aligns with the current job market and perfectly reflects the company's personality.
Instead of immediately heading to the drawing board, we conducted a series of four workshops with the staff and board members. During these participatory workshops, we addressed many topics. We focused on their clientele, their challenges, their unique features, their strengths, and their competitors. These four workshops allowed us to gain an in-depth understanding of who they are and what sets them apart. Working so closely together brought us to the essence of Réseaux VS. These workshops also enabled the entire Réseaux team and the Manifestes team to unite around a common vision.

This branding represents in every detail the identity of the company. It was developed with the intention of emphasizing that human beings are at the heart of their concerns. The organic, rounded shapes and vibrant colors reveal the warmth of Réseaux's services. The three-dimensional aspect of the logo invites potential clients to envision themselves at the center of the sphere, as if they were already users of the services. As for the three distinctly colored shapes, they represent Réseaux's three key services: employability, entrepreneurship, and immigration. Lastly, through the movement and harmony among the different shapes, we aimed to illustrate the coherence within the team. Indeed, it is a united and empathetic team that takes the time to understand the aspirations of workers and entrepreneurs.
In the process of developing the website, we referred to several job sites to better understand user behavior. Of course, we took care to adapt our inspirations to Réseaux VS's reality and personalize the experience to meet the needs of its users.

The implementation of a Grant campaign to promote Réseaux in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region has yielded excellent results. The campaign budget was increased while adhering to Google's limits, and the keyword work had the desired effect, as demonstrated by its statistics.
