Félix Leclerc left his mark on the history of Vaudreuil-Dorion with his numerous hit songs composed right here on Chemin de l’Anse, where today stands a museum dedicated to his memory. From initial fundraising campaigns to the restoration of the building, our nearly comprehensive management of Maison Félix-Leclerc's marketing has allowed us to leave our mark on the revitalization of this iconic heritage site for our region.

A campaign aimed at reviving the house

From the initial fundraising efforts until the organization was handed over to the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion, several advertising campaigns were conducted to rally community support. Advertisements in newspapers, brochures, flyers, inserts, and annual reports were among the many items we produced.

An emblem worthy of a monument to the song

The sign project for Maison Félix-Leclerc was a significant challenge for us: finding the right balance between the rustic appearance of the house and a contemporary aesthetic. We decided to combine recycled barn wood with a metallic alloy to give the sign a strong stature and an elegant look. This project earned us the 1st prize from AQIE in 2015.

A small piece of heritage

When construction began in September 2014, all the original bricks of the house had to be removed because it was at risk of collapsing. Since each brick was unique, we devised a concept that proved highly beneficial for the organization—authenticating and personalizing them to resemble small trophies.

The memoirs of a great man

Martin Leclerc, Félix's son, closely supervised the restoration work of the house with the intention of producing a feature film about his father's life at 186 Chemin de l’Anse. We supported him throughout this process by creating the logo, DVD cover, and brochure for the documentary. It was a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Félix's family.

When the house becomes La Mèz

In reference to Mile End, the renowned creative district of Montreal affectionately known as "Le Rez," we christen the artistic aspect of Maison Félix-Leclerc as "La Mèz," a playful twist on the word "maison" (house). Like the neighborhood it evokes, La Mèz aims to be a haven for underground artists in the region. It is with this spirit that we develop its brand identity and various applications.
