Initially, the mandate of the André-Chagnon Multisports Center was a website redesign to enhance user experience. Having built a strong relationship with the center over the past 8 years, it was clear to us that the planning phase would take us much further. After gaining a comprehensive view of the Center, we drew conclusions and shared our vision with the client. It wasn't just the website navigation that needed redesigning, but rather the entire strategy to compete with discount gyms. The wide range of services and various product lines underwent a near-total reorganization before undergoing a rejuvenation process that began with branding.

IDENTITY

A brand image that emphasizes the movement and dynamism of the Center in a color palette that is both dark and vibrant—this is the result of extensive and rigorous reflection. Much more striking and distinctive, the new identity is better suited to anchor itself in the consumer's mind to foster a sense of belonging to the parent brand.

ICONOGRAPHY AND COLOR CODE

The color codes associated with service categories are obviously very effective for clarifying nomenclature across various communication tools. However, it's equally important to consider that a good iconographic system serves as a visual marker and helps guide users effectively. Combining both color codes and icons is definitely a winning formula, and that's the option we have chosen.

The new platform is more comprehensive than ever, making it easier to find courses and activities that are at the heart of the Center's concerns. Users can now navigate instinctively in a new environment that reflects the quality of the professionals ensuring the success of the André-Chagnon Multisports Center.

WAYFINDING

The orientation of the new center strategy also included guiding visitors inside the establishment's four walls. The signage has been completely redesigned to align with the color code used on the website and across all brand derivatives. This includes wall tapestries and signage modules, all custom-designed for consistency.

When you're proud of a brand, it's natural to endorse it and proudly wear its colors. The promotional items developed around the new brand image rival the clothing of major brands found in fitness centers.

The André-Chagnon Multisports Center, symbolizing the diversity of local sports, has been operating in the region for over 10 years. In the years to come, the Center aims to maintain its position as the leading organization for health and wellness in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

En 2021, nous avons lancé une campagne publicitaire sur plusieurs réseaux sociaux simultanément à une campagne Grant sur Google. En 2022, nous avons observé une croissance significative du nombre d'utilisateurs et de clics vers le site web suite à la modification de la page d'abonnements. Ce changement a rendu l'utilisation plus conviviale tout en exploitant nos compétences en GA4 et Tag Manager pour suivre précisément le comportement des utilisateurs. De plus, le site web est régulièrement refondu pour rester conforme aux tendances actuelles et garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
