Coordinator in management

We hope to find a rare gem in management! We are looking for a part-time person, 21 hours per week, who will be responsible for accounting and administrative HR management, and supporting the team in organizing events, photo sessions, videos, or other related tasks. We prefer candidates who are rigorous and provide warm, quality service to employees and clients.   • Draft various HR documents according to the director’s instructions: work conditions and internal policies, employment contracts, documents related to hiring, probation, or termination of employment, etc.;
  • Monitor ongoing employee training, time sheets, sick leave, absences, schedule changes, and vacations;
  • Handle client billing and payment to various suppliers;
  • Plan and manage the purchase of office supplies and other material resources as needed by the team;
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Firm’s clients and relay information to the appropriate person;
  • Maintain communication with clients based on the needs of project managers.


  • Completed a College Diploma (DEC) in a relevant field;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Fluent in spoken and written French;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
